Your Use of Syndaris

With the purchase of a valid Syndaris license, you receive the right to use the app within the scope of your chosen model. The license allows you to use the respectively unlocked functions and content in accordance with the applicable business and license terms.

Private and Professional Use

Syndaris can be used for private as well as professional and business purposes. For example, you can use the app for personal organization, communication, work-related tasks, business planning, texts, ideas, or other supportive activities.

Your Created Content

Texts, notes, documents, and other content that you create yourself in Syndaris or generate with the help of the AI can generally be used for your own private or business purposes within the framework of applicable legal and contractual provisions. However, you should note that content generated by an AI may affect third-party rights, and it cannot be automatically guaranteed that exclusive intellectual property rights arise for every piece of generated content.

The Syndaris Software

The usage license does not mean that ownership, copyright, or exploitation rights to the Syndaris software are transferred. In particular, the app may not be reproduced, modified, resold, publicly distributed, or provided to third parties for independent use without appropriate authorization.

License-Bound Functions

Certain functions may be available depending on the chosen Syndaris model or the respective license. Which services are part of a model is determined by the respective current service description.

Third-Party Providers and Open Source

Syndaris uses various technologies and components from third-party providers. The respectively required license information and legal notices are provided within the app under Settings → App Information → Third-Party Licenses.
